Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 November 2026. These terms apply to every order placed through enedaw.com and the EneDaw app (together, "EneDaw", "we", "us"). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service. EneDaw is an on-demand delivery service operating in Bashundhara Residential Area, Dhaka. We buy the items you order from local shops, pharmacies and restaurants and deliver them to the address you give us. Product names, photos and prices are shown for information; the item delivered is the one sold by the shop or brand named.

2. Who can order. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Some items (for example cigarettes and lighters) are sold only to adults. Our rider may ask for a valid photo ID at handover and will refuse the item, without refund of the delivery fee, if ID cannot be shown.

3. Orders and acceptance. An order is confirmed when a rider accepts it. Until then we may decline it, for example when items are unavailable, the address is outside our area, the order looks fraudulent, or no rider is available. We will tell you if an order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Prices and charges. Each order shows the item prices, a service charge and a delivery fee based on your block before you confirm. Prices and availability can change without notice, but the total you confirm at checkout is the total you pay, unless an item is unavailable and we agree a replacement with you. Payment is cash on delivery in Bangladeshi Taka. Please pay the exact total shown to the rider.

5. Delivery. Our target is about 30 minutes, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, shop opening hours and rider availability can delay orders. You must give a correct, reachable address and answer the rider's call. If we cannot reach you or deliver within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Cancellations, refunds and problems. These are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Fake and abusive orders. Placing orders you do not intend to accept, giving false details, or repeatedly refusing deliveries causes real loss to our riders. We may block a phone number, device or account, refuse future orders, and recover the cost of goods already bought for a confirmed order.

8. Accounts and the welcome gift. You can order as a guest or create an account with a verified phone number. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. The free welcome gift is available once per person, phone number and device on the first order of a new account, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. We may cancel a gift claimed through duplicate or fake accounts.

9. Medicines and health products. We deliver over-the-counter products from licensed pharmacy partners only. We do not provide medical advice. Read the packaging and consult a pharmacist or doctor if unsure. Prescription-only medicines are not sold through EneDaw.

10. Food and restaurant orders. Food is prepared by the restaurant named on the product. Preparation times, allergens and quality are the restaurant's responsibility; we will help you resolve any problem with them.

11. Our responsibility. We take care to deliver correct, undamaged goods. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, or for losses that are not a direct result of our fault.

12. Your conduct. Please treat our riders with respect. Abuse, threats or harassment of riders will result in a permanent block and may be reported to the authorities.

13. Intellectual property. The EneDaw name, logo, photo cards and website content belong to EneDaw or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

14. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.

15. Law and contact. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction. For questions about these terms, contact us through the Contact us page.
